01 – Get in touch

Get in touch by clicking here and fill out the initial brief of your project – we are going to ask some questions about your business, project, timeline and budget. We will call you shortly after you submit.
02 – Schedule meeting

If we hit it off and the basic requirements are met – We will set up a 30 minute consultation meeting either at our London based office or via Skype with Vito our founder.

03- Your meeting

With more than a decade in web design & online marketing and being a certified business consultant, Vito will ask the right questions to find out why you need a new website based on what you are trying to achieve.
04 – Your Proposal

We will deliver a detailed proposal to list out the features and approach for the project as well as time and budget estimate based on your request and budget.

Working our magic

01 – Sitemap & Homepage

Once we’re signed off and ready to start, we will deliver a visual flow and the main page of your project, listing the user flows, different pages and establishing a clear brand the will follow the project.
02 – Development & design

This is where the magic happens – We will create all the functions and designs for the entire project to match our sitemap and the branding established with your homepage.
03 – Revisions

Even though we try our best, we understand that to bring your vision to life there will be changes. Once we deliver the initial design we will have up to 3 revision rounds to perfect the project and deliver.
04 – The Launch

Now that everything is mobile friendly, tested and approved, we will deploy your slick new website to your hosting server and you can start spreading the word.

01 – Managing your site

Using our customised admin board you will be able to manage the content and all incoming leads to your website along with any custom admin tools included in the project.
02 – Training

With every project we deliver, we create a customised overview tutorial video (30-60 min) as well as up to 12 hours of short videos about the main features of your website.
03 – Maintenance

To keep your website up to date with the latest technology and security protocols, we need to update it on a regular basis, joining our Ace Plans will also give you access to premium support if anything goes wrong with your website over time.
04 – marketing strategy

3 weeks after the launch we will schedule a progress meeting to see how things are going and to check about your marketing strategy to find out if we can help or recommend the best path to achieve your goals.
